DescriptionThis course is designated to build students overall academic skills, study habits, organization strategies, and time management skills. The purpose of this lab is to provide assistance to students who are struggling in Math and/or ELA through additional small group and one-on-one teacher support. In addition, the student’s Math and/or ELA goals will be tracked through progress monitoring and intervention along with developing their self-advocacy and long term academic planning skills.

Daily ScheduleStudents will begin each class by writing down their homework for the day and updating their classroom long term planning calendar. Afterwards, students will begin their daily homework while receiving additional support when needed.
